Great video! I took approximate notes for time stamps - I didn't get all of them, but here are a few:
10 mins in - How best to handle an appointment with your neurologist (MUST see imo)
15 mins in - brain volume loss - correlates to long term disability
He said to cut sugar, this is better than any drug to slow brain volume loss. Elsewhere in the video he said that aubagio reduces brain shrinkage (!)
20 mins in - RRMS vs Secondary progressive
30 mins in - he talked about MS that is driven by B cells versus T cells - but did not explain how he knows the difference? Possible question for next time?
40 mins in - ocrevus more or less than 2 times per year? Mentioned 70% of pwms have urinary problems.
47 mins in - he answered a question about LDN - basically there isn't evidence, but it can do no harm and is ok to do in ADDITION to a disease modifying drug
52 mins in - Immune re-constitution drugs
59 mins in - 5 things you can do to live your best life with MS
So pleased to hear you enjoyed the webinar. Thanks so much for listing the time stamps - that's really helpful and kind of you!
No problem! I figured I may as well take notes while I was listening, right? :)
Thank you so much!
