Recorvery and the Professor

If you can believe it, this is the first time I clicked on the button and really really saw the word "recovery". I've seen it before, but i think I never registered it because my focus has been more along the lines of "controlling" or 'minimising". you will understand if I wait at least a few years.

but i wanted to say that I understand and appreciate the professor's program more since reading the books he reccomended as well many other webistes. there is so much information, studies and ideas out there. I can find a study to prove or disprove any 'fact".

but what the professor has done, is to read through it all and put together an evidence-based program, but sort through all the small details. for example, after reading "the china study", I wanted to give up all animal protien. But the recovery program allows fish - a useful compromise for several reasons 1) Swanks evidence 2) Benefits of fish now known 3) It's very very difficult to eliminate all animal protien and have a balanced diet. Add to that that fewer people would be able to follow it.

So we have a practical plan that also encorporates the mind/body connectin exercise and DMDs and you have complete program. it's just sensible.
