is this a crazy idea?

I have been on OMS for about a year and half and feeling so well. I love the diet and having been exercising. I have had issues with constipation and bladder for around 3 years. Recently, I am getting a weird burning feeling in my abdomen almost like cramps. I am so fearful this is something new popping up representing new damage. Then I got to thinking can something like this ever represent an improvement, like things are changing or healing and that's why I'm feeling this? Maybe just wishful thinking but has anyone else considered or even experienced this?

First thing I would address is the constipation.
I suffered with this for years, I went on 1/2 a laxative a day which helped a bit however recently I found a great way to have an easy bowel movement and that is strewed apples with the skin on!

You don’t need much. I make a big pot and freeze them in little bags. Red apples are best and no need to add anything but a tiny bit of water.
I put them on my cereal or porridge.

Do mention the stomach thing when you next see your doctor if it persists.
All the best.

I suffered from constipation all my life, and for me the answer was as simple as going gluten free.

I am now regular, and free from bloating.
Good luck!

Be kind to yourselves!

First thing to check is if you have a bladder infection (UTI)
