it's August 2021 and I've jumped back on here and I've noticed the forum is not as active as it once was. Has everyone got better and buggered off to live happily ever after? I hope so but it would be nice to have a chat to anyone still here. Is the old crew still here?
Hi I'm still here and doing well. I,too, have thought that the forums have been very quiet and wondered where everyone was. Is veg still out there?
Like you I hope that it's because all are doing so well.

Hey Craig101, my last post was kind of leading to what you posted about, the Board seemed a little less active on various current issues. I wondered if it was around the time the new website was launched because I can’t use my usual login to get on it? So I just visit the Forum occasionally now because it still lets me login here? but I’m travelling well 10years on following the OMS guidelines. I think Kashu was one of the regulars when I first joined.

Hey gang
I'm hoping that everyone is doing so well that they are off enjoying life.

I just stopped by as someone was trying to log onto Facebook with my login.

Yes, the forum looks dead. I really miss all the wonderful people on here. Lolly or was it Lozza, you gave me some great advice about stretches to help me with the electric sensations in the neck.

I'm still feeling well and boasting tonight that I've eaten a delicious meal of grilled salmon and salad.

I'm seriously planning to climb my mountain in November to celebrate 10 years of living with MS. I'm also planning to pass on my recumbent bicycle to someone in need. It's all part of recognising how far I have come.

Hope everyone is doing well.
Blessings
Alex

Wow! Hi, I haven’t logged in in ages. Seriously, a few years! I just stopped by because I was thinking tonight about everyone in the forum who helped me when I was first diagnosed about 8 years ago. Tingletingle, Veg, Wendy and many others. I check out the FB page often. I’m well and doing fine. Teaching and coaching and spending long days at school. So grateful I can do that!

I’ve had the opportunity here in the middle of Nebraska to help a few others with MS find OMS and begin their journey to wellness. I also speak about my journey a couple of times a year. Life is good. Best wishes all!
Hi,

Perhaps its the exact opposite, perhaps people are not making any progress and don't feel courage enough to encourage others to follow the same non-sense.

I said it 50 times on this forum, this diet theory is a scam. MS is nothing but too much mercury accumulated in organs and tissues, overtime destroying the neurons and the mielin that cover the nerves, which worsens by a deranged mineral transport system as a consequence of the toxic environment.

Someone please explain to me how following a fish (full of mercury) + vegetables (full of other toxins) based diet is going to magically remove the mercury and allow the body to heal?

You could not really understand how frustrating is for someone who has gone through all stages of this to see other people just wasting all their time and energy on something that will just worsen them overtime.
Hi raveCR. If you have a look on the Facebook page you will find all the people now seem to be on there. I had to eventually give in and join up to facebook so I could take part.
I'm sure you will be delighted to hear that hundreds of people on there are reporting that they are doing extremely well!
That would be the overcoming ms lifestyle support page.
Hi Rave CR,

10 years on the OMS program so far and I am doing very well. It took a few years after starting for my MS to stabalise but I have had no disease activity for around 5 years now :)
I'm very glad you are doing great bannrikae, and every other one that is also doing fine. Do not get me wrong, one thing has nothing to do with the other.

However, if we understand the basics of bio-chemistry when it comes to toxic methabolism, we would know that what Mr Jelineck established doesn't make any sense. Not only it does not make sense, it goes against those very basic principles. MS is nothing but inflammation, and whithout getting now into what causes this inflammation, following a diet based on inflammatory foods does not really sound like a solution. Carbohidrates are extremely bad for us, they should be avoided at all cost, no matter whether thez have been manufactured in a warehouse or removed from the ground, they are still carbs, they still breakdown into glucose, and thez still inflame our inner medium.

In any case, as I always said, I'm here to humbly try to help anyone for which this protocol is not working and point to the actual, true root cause of this disease.
