Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis

Hi all, I had shingles about 5-6 weeks ago but still have fatigue. I have that a bit anyway but not like this. I think it will probably take me longer to get over it than people without MS. Wondering how long it took others? Thanks in anticipation.

So it took 2 months to feel a lot better. I still have trouble with aerobic exercise but getting there.
