Hi everyone, you may well remember me moaning away saying that I was losing weight at the rate of knots! I went down to 9 stone 12 and although I am not the tallest bloke in the world at 5 foot 6 I was still a tad worried!!! However thanks to the gorgeous Cinderella I have been eating pasta, rice (brown) and home made bread and Hurrah!! I am 10 stone 12!!!! thats still exercising. I will cycle home today and run to work tomorrow!!
So, it is possible to maintain weight and do it by not eating horrible fats! I did think perhaps I was overdoing the pasta and rice but thats me - a worry arse!!

Toodle pip and Take Care - 8 weeks down the line and I am sure I can feel a difference!!!!

Yep it is possible to gain weight eating this way.
Over the past couple of months I haven't been able to do my daily walking and have noticed that whilst still eating the same amount, perhaps even more carbs due to being fatigued and on the couch, that I've gained a couple of kgs.
Now that the fatigue is starting to get better (touch wood) I can restart my walking.
