I share your concern as I am also underweight. Roy Swank recommends an unsaturated fat intake (good oils) of a minimum of 20 grams and a maximum of 50 grams. You could perhaps add more oil to your diet, one way of increasing the calories. I have bought some soya protein from the health food store, it can be added to soups, purees and desserts. I am preaching this but find it difficult as I don't like the taste of flaxseed oil. I made mayonnaise with it this morning and was not to keen on the taste. We seem to live in a dairy world, we find milk and cream in lots of foods. It's good for the industry but deleterious to our health.
