I also lost too much weight early on...

Big bowl of oatmeal in the morning with a handful of walnuts thrown in...

Banana mid-morning

Salad with lots of beans for lunch and some avocado slices when available.

I have stabilized at around 110 pounds at 5 feet (Guess that is 7.14 stone - thank you google!) - but was all the way down near 100 pounds for a while.

Is that correct?
I think that was the weight blog but the associated vegan athelete blog is a poor one. Lists food like coconut oil we must not consume. I have a better blog link somewhere for muscles.
