Hello friends, I just read a cool article about the benefits of green tea and ms. I'm sure many of you are aware of this, but in case you're not, I'm sharing. I've always drank bagged green tea, and since my diagnosis I've drank at least three cups a day of good quality, loose leaf green tea. After reading this article, I think I'll continue this habit and maybe drink more!

This is an animal study with Copaxone and Green Tea that shows they have a synergistic effect:

The EGCG they talk about is more prevalent in matcha green tea (powdered leaves) than brewed green tea. It's also in Green Tea Extract.

I am a big fan of Yogi green tea. From last year I have been using yogi green tea. I have tried different brands of green tea. Also, an article helped me much to choose the best drink for myself. Here it is http://bestproducts-4u.com/yogi-tea-review
