Are there any OMSrs out there preparing for Pesach with any recipe ideas? The holiday's week-long restriction on bread and grain products, beans, lentils, corn, peanuts/peanut butter, soy, and tofu presents somewhat of a dietary OMS challenge!
Sweet potato is quite filling and could make a curry with it.
Root vegetables are filling.
Potatoes are filling.
A search on google for 'vegan passover recipes' shows lots of results, might need to adjust any recipes you find but looks to be lots out there to start with.
