Hi guys. Just to let you know about a new cook book that may be useful for us.
Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's 'much more veg'.
No meat, no dairy, only cold pressed oils. Apparently lots of gluten free for those that struggle with that.
I'm sure there will be some frying but we know how to adapt those recipes and just use our oils. eg. on the salads.
I thought it looked interesting. L
