Hi everyone,
I have two questions:
1. If I baked fish in an oven with olive oil (180 degrees Celsius) and the next day I want to heat it, can I heat it in the microwave? Is there a chance that the temperature will be too high?

2. Is it possible to bake vegetables in the oven without oil, at any temperature? Thank you
Try fish baked , rather than in oil, you can add the veg under the fish, next to, or on top of it.

I don't cook fish in oil at all anymore, (I used to love fried fish), but I use 'Parchment paper", (available in any US supermarket), or online.

Because I don't baked with oil, I have no trouble reheating the next day. With a microwave, you could use a lot of quick heats, rather than fewer longer heats...but IMO you're better off baking without the oil if you can.

Yes you can bake veg without oil in an oven.

Farrier,
Thank you so much!
I'll do that :!:
On the question of microwaves, they don't go much over 100 degrees centigrade and higher temperatures would only be for oil-rich food, so not an issue for us.
