Hi everyone,

I very like tofu and I've heard that steamed tofu is the best because this cooking method can maintain the tofu’s original texture.

But I never steam tofu before. Can anybody give me some directions?

How can I steam my tofu? Can I steam without a steamer?
If I don't have a steamer but want to steam I use a metal sieve hung on a saucepan with a little water.
No idea about tufu though.
I more into baking tofu.
Many recipes on net, I just reduce the temperature they say and bake a fraction longer.
