An example of my daily fats, open to suggestions.

Hi everyone,
Thrown myself into OMS 100% and feeling very positive.

An example of my fats for 1 day:
50ml flaxoil - 4.5g sat fat & 45g unsaturate
30g almonds - 1.1g sat fat & 15.3g unsaturated
30g walnuts - 1.3g sat fat & 19g unsaturated
Sardines (brine) - 1.8g sat fat & 5.6g unsaturated

Total: 8.7g sat fat & 85g unsaturated.

Does this seem ok? I wasnt sure if there was an upper limit on unsaturated fat.

Feel free to throw suggestions my way.

If you really must count saturated fat then it is counted in everything that you consume in a day.
Cron-o-meter is a free app you can use to get going if you want to count for a short period just to see what your habits are like.

As low as possible so under 10g sat fat is a superstar
