In many of the ingredients in a grocery store, I happen to find that the item especially biscuit have safflower oil or grape seed oil in it. Is it recommended to buy those items that contain these?
No, Safflower oil is not on the recommended list!

Biscuits, cakes, crisps and pastries are best to be avoided as highly processed.
Crackers can be ok but check the ingredients.
Do you have a brand product you were looking at as an example of what you were considering?
Thanks for educating me. That being said no biscuit or cookies or short bread can be eaten because everything has one or the other ingredient. This is the biggest problem.
I have you seen this page it might help you.
