Dairy farming was part of the landscape and I never dreamt I would one day give up cheese and creamy foods to give myself a chance of recovering from MS.

Cheese is hard...hard cheese as some say.
Nut cheeses are a possibility, but read the ingredients carefully, especially some of the vegan cheeses as they sometimes use coconut and/or palm oil, which are not part of the OMS diet.
