Your PM will stay in the outbox until the receiver opens it. Once the person opens it, it will move from your outbox, to your sent box.

It's part of the system, just the way it works.

If you want to check it out, please feel free to test it on my account, watch it go into your outbox, the see it move to your sent box when I read it.

@farrier I never had this issue before, the messages always go to sent messages, regardless whether the receiver opens it straight away or not. So thank you for your information but I don't believe that is the way it works since i have send multiple messages before and they alway go straight to send items. If my emails stay in my outbox there is something wrong with my internet connection....

Hi Dutch Girl,

I have spoken to our developers and it seems that there was a limit on the number of messages a user could have in their inbox. Reaching the limit would mean that no further messages could be sent or received. I have asked them to remove this limit and so if that was the cause of the problem, in theory it should be OK now.

Would you be able to let me know if you have any further issues with this or if it seems to be resolved from your side?
