1 cup (just over 2 dl) unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp (15g) maple syrup
1 tsp (5g) to 2 tsp (10g) brown sugar
heaping 3/4 cup (1.75 dl) rolled oats

Mix brown sugar and maple syrup together until glaze is formed, set aside. (Up to you if you use 1 or 2 tsp of brown sugar depending on taste balanced with how much sugar you want to eat or avoid.)

Bring almond milk to boil, dump in oats, cook for 5 minutes then take off heat and let cool for 1 minute. Drizzle the glaze over the top of the oatmeal once cooled and enjoy.

Total time, < 10 minutes start to finish. Amazing OMS friendly breakfast (or snack).
Sounds quick and yummy! I'll have to give it a try.
