Can someone give me a real simple and quick recipe for wholemeal bread (as few ingredients as possible)?

I use this one:

Ingredients
500g strong flour (I use 1/2 wholemeal, 1/2 white)
10g salt
10g quick yeast
40g sugar
320ml tepid water

Directions
  1. Mix dry ingredients together then add water and mix until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Knead for a few minutes then return to the bowl, cover and leave to rest in a warm place for 15 minutes.
  3. Shape to fit and place in tin. Cover and leave to rest until doubled in size (1 -2hrs).
    Preheat the oven to 220°c.
  4. Turn the oven down to 200°c, place tin on the middle shelf and bake for about 30 minutes (until sounds hollow on the base).
  5. Cool on a wire rack.

I'd do a few tries of this recipe and then experiment.

I add a splash of olive oil (1 tbsp probably), don't add sugar and don't put it in a tin to make a bloomer (add some slashes on the top to stop it splitting). I also knock back the dough with a quick knead half way through, but these are all variations on the core recipe that Hmurray has added.
