3 cups cooked grains (quinoa/millet/brown rice)
3 cakes of tofu, pressed and mashed
3 tablespoons of tamari soy sauce
5 spring onions, chopped
1 green/orange pepper, diced
1 1/2 cups mushrooms, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup diced water chestnuts (optional; or use Brazil nuts or sunflower seeds)
Optional egg white or egg substitute to bind

Mix together and pack into olive oiled baking dish.

Cook at 180 deg C until set and golden.

Serve with sweet and sour or almond sauce.
Thanks Wendy, I forgot the sauce but it was still tasty and nice to do something different!
NIce Recipe dear. I was wondering to try it soon, Once I get free from other stuff will definitely look forward to trying it.
