This recipe is so delicious - I just sautee the onions in a little beef stock (massels) instead of oil. I dare you not to like it. :D

4 tablespoons of olive oil is a lot of oil too though I guess you used a stock cube instead, I think a home made vegetable broth would be more OMS compliant.
