Pita crisps for dipping

Buy pita pockets which have no forbidden ingredients eg sat fat and dairy
Split them into 2 rounds and then cut the rounds into 1/2 making 4 total pieces

Make up a mixture of olive oil and crushed garlic to your taste
Use pastry brush to coat each pita piece
Lay them on a try oil side up, sprinkle with salt and paprika or whatever flavour you prefer and to your taste
grill or bake until crisp

**I use them to dip into guacomole or hummus and I often put smoked oysters on top of that
but you can be creative and add your own delicious toppings.
