This recipe is really versatile, I've used it to make cookies, crumble topping and even crunchy crumbs for my porridge!

1 1/2 cups of oats
1/2 cup of walnuts, crumbed
1/3 cup of warm honey
1/3 cup of tahini

Mix together.
To make cookies, flatten spoonfuls onto baking paper lined trays and bake in moderate oven for 10-12 mins. Also nice with some added sultanas.

To make crunchy crumbs, spread out onto tray, toast in low oven until crispy, break up and sprinkle on porridge or anything else you fancy.

I've also spread it out on top of apples to make yummy crumble.

Another nice crumble recipe I've made up is:

1 part each of porridge oats, wholemeal flour, ground nuts (hazlenuts are particularly nice). Enough maple syrup or honey to make the mix crumbly when mixed with the back of a spoon. Raw sugar to sprinkle on top.

For crumble to serve 6, I use 50 grams of each dry ingredient and 2 tablespoons of the wet ingredient.
