I just love these so I have to share...
20 medjool dates
1/2 or 3/4 cup dried apricots
1 or 2 Tblsp Dutch cocoa ( try not to overdue it to keep sat fat content to a minimum so you can eat lots :D )
1/2 or 3/4 cup walnuts
1/3 cup almond meal
You can play around with the quantities on this one....
Soak dates and apricots for 15 minutes in hot water then drain.
Throw all of the ingredients into a food processor or use a stick blender like me and they come out very smooth.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Take a spoonful amount and roll into a ball and coat with almond meal.
Refrigerate until you want to devour them. I can never have just one!!

P.S. I made these for a friend who was trying to conceive whom after eating them fell pregnant! So now they are called her "fertility balls" Ha ha.I hope they're not because I already have twins!! :lol:
I have just made some by adding 1/4 cup oats. They turned out great too!
For some reason I was browsing the recipes which I rarely do and I just wanted to share with you that your 'fertility ball' comment and the fact you already have twins made me smile. And I needed something to smile about today. Thanks :lol:
