Raw chocolate nut bar
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup of dried dates
¼ cup of organic cacao powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2-3 tablespoons water

Method
Pulse cashews, dates, cacao powder in food processor until it looks good. ( took less than 2 minutes in mine)
Add vanilla and water and then pulse again for 20 seconds.
Scoop out into container and place in the fridge for an hour until set
Enjoy responsibly and stay within daily saturated fat limit.
