mix one egg white with half a cup of sugar
you can try different types of sugar, for a different taste
add about 3 cups seeds and nuts, I like a cup of pumpkin seeds, a cup of sunflowers seeds, and a cup of blanched almonds, I like large chunks, but you can chop it up
2 tablespoons - a cup sesame seeds
mix it all together, teaspoon it to a baking sheet, bake for 15 minutes at 160-170C (you may need more time, just be careful not to burn)

this is a very "forgiving" recipe, you can change the amounts and ingredients easily
