I'm guessing it's not allowed but just wanted to double check before I discount it. Can anyone advise please.
Good guess, Sally, take it off the menu ... coconut is too high in saturated fat, so we don't have coconut. Dessicated is just dried, so the water is removed. You still don't want the saturated fat it has in it.

To add a coconut flavour, try coconut essence. Made a Thai curry using this an it was delicious

I use finely chopped walnuts in my Anzac inspired cookies for a nice texture. I have posted recipe somewhere on the site under date and walnut biscuits.
Coconut is a highly profitable product highly marketed and is not healthily for people with MS.
