Found the recipe for this within the recipe section - but can't find any posts on it.

Just made this cake with a few necessary changes (unable to use orange juice for example for health reasons) it's beautiful!

I've been making fruit cake (many wedding cakes) since I was 15 and have never made one without eggs fat etc. You would never know they are not in the finished cake :)

This is the recipe you refer to I think, I make it quite often.
