I made this yesterday and was so thrilled with the results that I have to share it. I wasn't too bothered about giving up chocolate upon starting the OMS lifestyle but it's great to have found something so versatile, delicious and healthy that can be used as a cake topping, on OMS friendly soft serve, on biscuits or as a rich mousse in a ramekin for a pudding. It's from 'Oh she glows' by Angela Liddon which I highly recommend.

2 ripe avocados
4 tablespoons agave nectar
5-6 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Process the avocado until smooth then add the rest of the ingredients, processing until smooth and no bits of avocado showing. This was keep for up to three days in an airtight container on the fridge.
