1 "egg" worth of OMS safe egg beaters (or egg whites)
2 tbsp of honey (or 1 tbsp of honey and 1 tbsp of applesauce to play it safe with the sugar content, tastes may vary)
2 tbsp milk of choice (non dairy of course)
2 tbsp flour of choice (I use wheat flour, may switch to another to avoid gluten in the future)
cacao or cocoa to taste (I generally use a bit over 1 tbsp...basically a heaping tbsp)

Mix dry ingredients in a mug (or bowl if you prefer) until evenly mixed, then mix in the "egg", honey, and milk until the mixture is smooth. Pop it in the microwave and heat for 30 to 45 seconds. You will need to experiment with the time as microwaves are different and how you want it cooked is up to you. I usually do 35 seconds, which, in my microwave, leaves me with a gooey lava cake texture brownie.

I came up with this recipe because I simply don't have the willpower to eat only one OMS safe brownie when I make a whole batch..
