Hello :)

I hope it's okay to share this with you all, but I've started a blog of OMS friendly recipes that I thought might be of interest to some on here. I was planning to wait to share it until I had a few more recipes on there but I couldn't resist the urge to share my discovery of OMS pancakes ahead of Pancake Day!

I've been focusing lately on coming up with recipes to cook the kinds of food that I might otherwise miss, whilst still being OMS-friendly. I wanted to share my discoveries as I know how hard it can be to find recipes sometimes.

The plan is to try and add a new recipe at least once a week.

I have tried all the recipes and can confirm that they are lovely!

Looking forward to Pancake Day now, as long as we have enough maple syrup in!

The pancakes look lovely.

I use ground flaxseed as an egg replacer - 1 tablespoon ground seeds soaked in 3 tablespoons of warm water for one egg.
Another option is 2 egg whites for each whole egg.

I use a green pan, they get hotter with less heat but equally do not take high ring heat like an iron pan so I watch how hot I make it. Best pan I have.

Wendy, we tried the flaxseed as an egg replacer on previous batches but it didn't really work well (though we've used it more successfully for other things). We primarily didn't use egg whites to keep the cost down.
