Hello.......I was wondering if anyone out there could give me some guidance please.

I had my first attack in Nov 2013 and recovered very quickly. I have been following OMS since January of this year and have been going running 5 days a week to keep fit and well as I want that to be a one off episode that stays firmly in the past! Other than the odd tingle in the same areas that I originally had problems I have been feeling great.

I already have a lovely 2.5 year old and have just found out that I am 4 weeks pregnant. It is very, very early days (I had a miscarriage before my little girl was born) but I feel really scared about the supplements that I continue to take - 5,000 D3, I am still on 4 caps of high dose omega 3 as I come to the end of the 9 month omegas and 2 tablespoons of flaxseed (which I have been reading can induce miscarriage).

I want to continue with the OMS lifestyle and diet throughout but I am not sure if I should be doing things differently at this early stage. There is so much conflicting info about which makes me worry about causing problems and defects.

I hope that someone can help put my mind at ease.

Big thanks

Charlotte

See this page also; Children are never too young to begin vitamin D supplements; indeed they should ideally start while in the womb.
