Hi Y'all
I'm sure many of you already know but it's worth another mention. The Facebook page
' what we eat'
post new OMS recipes everyday. I find great recipes and blogs through those guys. Just made Lebanese lentil and spinach soup - yumm

Hi
Can you advise how to access the 'what we eat' page of Facebook, when I log in I can't see how to access this?
Many thanks
Clare
Try this link: https://www.facebook.com/pages/What-We- ... 64?fref=ts

If that doesn't work, do a Facebook search (top of the page and in the centre whilst you're on Facebook) for What We Eat - Recipes for 'Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis'
Cheers,

Sue

Oh dear.
I don't use facebook.
Does the 'what we eat' thing other thing make recipes on this forum a useless appendix?
I hope not.
All facebook users ARE themselves the product.
Rapid, and detailed study of users rapidly builds up a lot of information about them
by their likes and comments.

Sorry to grumble.

Not sorry to grumble about facebook.
Facebook doesn't even have Google's 'don't be evil' marketing ploy.
They are aware of how easily adjusting news item feeds can tweak user's emotional state-
emotional contagion was the term I heard.
I have that from ABC radio programs, not just tooling around online.
