Hi Dana,

Your menu is wonderful. I like to eat a lot, too, especially at work.

The only thing that concerns me is the Nuttelex. It seems that this is a highly processed product, and potentially containing fats that are quite damaged by the processing.

Perhaps you may be better off using avocado in its place? Or flax oil?

Thanks for the replies, much appreciated. I was not sure about Nuttelex but have to admit I had not really looked into it either, I will seek out an alternative or skip it all together.

No work today so less food consumed.

Breakfast: 2 weetbix, cup of Earl Grey tea, both with soy milk. 1 nectarine and a handful of grapes.

Lunch: open sandwich with a thin layer of avocado, Spanish onion, rocket and smoked salmon. Glass sparkling water.

Mid Afternoon: 1/2 a wholemeal flat bread with hummus. 2 nectarines. Cup of Earl Grey tea with soy.

Dinner: pasta with cherry tomatoes, rocket, roast pumpkin, spanish onion, a teaspoon of pine nuts. 1 nectarine. Glass sparkling water.

Breakfast - 1 banana, 2 weetabix with oat milk and agave nectar, cup of tea.

Lunch - homemade basil pesto with rice pasta

Dinner - curried rice with peas, sweetcorn and prawns.

Snacks; orange juice with flax oil, green tea, clementine

Mid Morning: Sandwhich with sourdough avocado and rocket. 1 nectarine.

Lunch: left overs from last nights dinner. Pasta with tuna, cherry tomatoes, rocket and pine nuts. 1 nectarine, handful of grapes and a cup of black Assam tea.

Snacks: small amount cashews, a few rice crackers. 2L of water.

Dinner: pasta with a basic tomato sauce, basil, cherry tomatoes and green olives. 4 passion fruit. Glass of water and cup of earl grey tea.
Breakfast - two slices of fruit bread -toasted with flaxseed oil and strawberry jam

Lunch - left overs - pasta with homemade pesto (included basil, cashew, EVOO, chickpeas), chilli, carrot, zucchini.

afternoon snack - watermelon and tamari almonds

dinner - roasted potato & sweet potato, steamed broccoli and a spicy coriander sauce.
drink - green smoothie - kale, flaxseed oil, apple, banana, mint, ice

dessert - mango with soy ice cream

Breakfast - museli with pumpkin seeds and orange juice.

Lunch - pitta bread 'crisps' with homemade hummous and vegetable sticks
oms pancake with blueberries and maple syrup

Dinner - green smoothie (kale, apple, pineapple) and a tin of mackrel in evoo

Snacks; pinapple, walnuts, linseed oil in orange juice and a couple cups of tea with oat milk.
