I add organic plant based protein powder to my almond milk and have that smoothie for breakfast. Usually vanilla one as I love the flavor. It makes me full and energetic but Im not exactly sure if its allowed while on OMS diet. Can anybody explain? And what brands (USA) if any, could you recommend reg. their ingredients ...THANKS!:)
Which plant based protein are you using, make sure it' on the 'approved list'!
I would use pea powder if I was picking one, and have no problem using it in a smoothie if I needed the extra protein.
My diet includes a fair amount of protein anyway, with fish and beans etc.
