A UK newspaper - the Guardian - has recently run a couple of articles by a journalist who has taken an online microbiome test. She's a bit sniffy about the whole 'healthy gut' thing, but I thought it was quite interesting for people in our position who are trying to change their microbiome.

Here is her article:

Here is a link to the test kit. I am quite tempted to try it!:

Yes that is temping.
Veg - I will if you will!
If you're in the UK, the BBC are doing a series on the microbiome. Mostly on radio 4 here:
I need to find time to listen to these, but sounds like it's good stuff.

Also an article here:
OMS since 17/08/2015
Diagnosis 28/05/2015 - 22/09/2015
Thanks for this, Diggity. I will have a listen.

I'll listen to those too. All very interesting.
Further to my previous post, here is a really good review from someone who has done the test:

I'm currently having my gut bacteria analysed in Australia. I'm most interested in whether my gut bacteria mirrors the excess/deficiency identified in the following article about the bacterial profile of people with MShttps://multiplesclerosisnewstoday.com/2017/09/14/study-reports-that-gut-bacteria-may-drive-progression-of-multiple-sclerosis/. Should be interesting. Results should be returned any day now.
Thanks for sharing this article, Donna. Really interesting, and another indicator that we are on the right track with OMS!

Let us know how you get on.

The tantalising bit how to promote the good one is missing...
