Hello :-)
Yesterday i got some Vitamin B12 pills (B12 Ankermann/Cyanocobalamin 1000)from my GP as I have a little bit of a B12 deficiency . In the package leaflet it is written that the pills contain lactose. You know if this is a problem ?

Thank you ,
Sabine

I would like to second Lolly: dairy is considered problematic because of the proteins (namely butyrophilin and perhaps also casein), not because the milk sugar lactose. Unless you are lactose intolerant I would not worry about this ingredient in the B 12 pills.
Best wishes
