Are there any OMSers out there in South Wales looking to be part of a local group?
We'd love to expand our happy little group of three.
Today we spent the afternoon sat in the sunshine outside Carluccio's restaurant in Cardiff nattering away over a bottle of red wine and lobster pasta (both highly recommended).
Drop me a line if you'd like to join us on our next catch up - probably at the beginning of November. (It doesn't always revolve around alcohol, we do coffee shops too! ☺️)

Hi Kellie,

Nice of you to post!

My mums an OMSer and lives in Newport. It's be nice if we both came along to one of your catch ups :)

On a side note: is the carluccios lobster pasta oms friendly then? Or is it just "not too bad"? We are still getting To grips with eating out at the moment.

Hi OMSers in South Wales I wonder if you can help. My brother will be 50 this year and we're trying to organise a surprise family dinner in Cardiff/Cardiff area. So I was hoping someone would be able to recommend a restaurant that is happy to comply with diet. Thank you
