I'm based in Burgundy so sorry I'm not so close geographically but I am somewhat near alphabetically and in cultural terms perhaps...
I'm 51, male and was diagnosed at the end of 2013 and have followed OMS since then.
I understand the feeling of isolation that can come with the combination of MS, OMS and living in another country (even if two of the three are by choice)
