Good afternoon
I hope that you are all keeping well.

I am looking to set up an OMS group in Ireland. I thought that we could help and encourage each other.

Let me know what you think, your email address and mobile phone number.. I will put something together for us..

If you are going to Brighton, maybe we could meet up?

Nicola

Hi there,

I posted a couple of years ago and I was just wondering if there was anyone near Clonakilty, Skibbereen or Bandon that is following OMS?

You can email me on teresa@headperm.com.

Keep Well!!

Teresa :D

I am just diagnosed a year and started OmS program 5 weeks ago. Going well, but would love to swop recipes/tips/restaurants with other omsers in Ireland. I'm in Dublin.

Hi Everyone

I have also been diagnosed for a year but have had MS symptoms for years. I have been doing Wahls but find it difficult to stick to with no grains so I have decided to give OMS a go. I am happy so far but it's only been a week  .

I'd love to meet up with any others as some point if anyone is interested. I live in the Charleville area in North Cork.

Hello fellow Irish OMSers!
My name is Annalisa and though i haven't been formally diagnosed with MS, my neuro is 95% sure i have it. I'm new to this whole world (symptoms of first attack started Oct/Nov 2016 and started OMS at end of Jan 2017) and I was wondering if you guys had any kind of a community or support group going on where you meet up or keep in contact? Would be great to meet some like-minded people to swap recipes etc. I don't know anyone else with MS never mind someone on the OMS programme! Thanks
