Gary McMahon - OMS UK is keen to get all you UK OMSers involved more with each other, and facilitate getting together physically by enabling you to post in the same place, and arrange catch-ups, etc with each other. So he and George have suggested a forum specifically for making connections. They also strongly encourage all members, wherever you are in the world, to fill in the location part of their sign up or preferences so that whenever you post, people can see where you are from, and connect with you if they happen to be nearby.

I think this is a great idea no matter where you are in the world! So I'd like to encourage you all to get involved in posting for meetings, catch ups for coffee or meals, sharing of events, etc.

Some housekeeping: as this is a public forum, please don't post private contact details, Private Messages are the best way to share information such as phone numbers. If you are unfamiliar with private messages, there is a 'How to' on this link

Addition to Wendy's post:
If your home country isn't identified with its own separate forum in the 'Location' forum index, please post in this forum. If we receive two or more queries from OMSers in one country not already categorised, we'll create a dedicated forum for them. Mike Penny, site admin
Hi Wendy,
What a great addition, thank you.
Lisa
Fabulous new addition. It will be fascinating to see how far and wide OMSers are.
