Anyone here heard of emotional freedom technique? It is becoming all the rage.

I started doing EFT about one week ago. I got online instructions from youtube. There are several videos on the site. I haven't done it enough to notice anything significant. I am also wondering if anyone has done EFT and what they've experienced.

There have been lots of posts before on EFT. Just do a search on this website for EFT and see what comes up.

I did some basic EFT a few months ago to work on fear of heights. I was pleasantly surprised with its effectiveness and I made progress.

On the site emo.com in the forums do a search of the topic you are interested in and there so many posts. It has been an active site for a decade. I use it all the time.
