I found this site which may be useful. It contains free downloads for guided meditations as well as lots of ideas for getting started. http://meditation.org.au/ I have downloaded an introductory mediation and signed up for a free on-line course. The introductory meditation is great and I can't believe the difference in my body after only a couple of days.
I looked up the suggested meditation site and thought it looked good. I think I will be able to start as they suggested
doing 5 mins a day to start, 30 minutes is too much to start with for me but I can manage 5 and will build up from there.
