Hi all,

I have been doing this Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course online and am finding it pretty good: www.palousemindfulness.com - go to the MBSR online tab.

I now notice a real difference if I miss a day's meditation so try not to!

Thanks for posting this Jenny. I have started last week and I really like it. My practice during the weekdays was rubbish though!

There are some very interesting videos and some helpful meditation guide. (I am especially good in pretending I am a mountain :mrgreen: )
