Like many others, I find daily meditation elusive, though I do consciously focus inwardly/ bodily frequently, and most days, as part of another practice, with a similar parasympathetic system calming. It is cheering to me to find today that 12 minutes daily for 8 weeks has been seen to be enough to make a difference to impacts of stress, and I thought someone here might also find that helpful - see link below to or enter a search term in the site's Search box.
