Really enjoying Mindfulness coarse. I have learned so much and feel more calm.
That's really great you are noticing feeling calmer
Thanks Veg, didnt think I would get that much out of the course but I was wrong and have learned a lot. :D
I'm loving it too, Maree!
I already have a future learn account I think I'll give it a go next time around
I can highly recommend it, Veg.
Yeah, Meditation will help you to bring mindfulness in our everyday life. It will help us to keep our body and mind fresh and healthy. I have been practicing it for more than 2 years and I'm also enjoying the benefits of it. Recently I happened to read an article which explains the significance of mindfulness in our life ( http://edgewoodhealthnetwork.com/bringi ... ay-living/ ). I think, this is relevant here. In my opinion, all of us should practice meditation to maintain a healthy life.
Hi

I would like to agree with the benifits of
mindfulNess. There is one thing I would like to mention though, and that is the benifi of therapy along side mindfulness especially in the early days of taking time out from just surviving and taking time to actually feel.
I particularly feel strongly about this as I have studied therapy, and khow when things are combined they can be quite cathartic. When we were studying we did a lot of mindfulNess and guided meditation as part of the course. We had to be attending a lot of therapy while all this was happening. It is only looking back you see why this is so important.
I could go on but do not want to sound boring.
