Hi,
I have read some of the books by THICH NHAT HANH, and they are simply wonderful ! I think they are an excellent place to start, and an ongoing inspiration to live fully here and now.
Hope they may be of beautiful inspiration

The Miracle of Mindfulness is a wonderful little book by Thich Nhat Hanh - I have learnt a lot from it. Simple things such as washing dishes or drinking a cup of tea can be transformed into little acts of meditation.
When I wake up in the morning I take a few mindful breaths, half smile - it sets me up for the day!

Oh, yes!

When he was 4 his mom would bring him a biscuit from the market,
and he'd take 30 to 45 minutes to savour it.

45 minutes for just one biscuit !

The way he describes it is so beautiful !
