Hi all

Just to let you know, FutureLearn's FREE online meditation and mindfulness course will be running again, starting on 2nd October.

The course is running for 4 weeks this time, and takes around 3 hours a week. It is run by Prof Craig Hassed.

I have done the course previously, and found it very beneficial, both in terms of learning the practical technique of meditating, and in gaining a better understanding as to WHY meditation is so beneficial, especially for people like us who have a chronic condition. I can highly recommend it.

Perfect, thanks for the reminder Rachel, I have missed the May one and really looking forward to do it again.
Also started to do the Food as Medicine but gave up after first week.
