Fundraising

Having being diagnosed in 2001 and finding OMS in 2011, I found the website again yesterday having altered diet a little in last year to Paleo/Dr Wahls. ( sorry guys but I only eat grass fed or wild meat in moderation ) but eat no processed food, no dairy and no gluten so its still a diet of loads of colourful veggies, fruits, wild fish , grass fed organic or wild meat and nuts/seeds, Vit D 5000-10,000 iu's and other supplements, meditation daily, yoga and painting
I have to say as I dont have facebook or twitter accounts I realised I miss the friendship and helpfulness this website brings and was smiling on reading numerous posts yesterday. So I started painting on diagnosis ( retiring from a financial role in large multinational corporation) and love painting in an abstract way and have donated the proceeds each year of painting sales to the UK MS Society. I realise today that actually I can donate to this OMS organisation and as I refuse any drugs and manage my MS pretty well with the help from George and his support network and forums over the years (Judy Graham prior to OMS) think I should change my fundraising right now!!

So please do look at my online ebay seller account and if you like any of my original work, you know the money is going to a good cause!
