Hello. This is my first post. I noticed that there is a large emphasis on eating whole grains, but I have a gluten sensitivity. What is recommended instead?

Hello, having tested positive for both wheat and gluten, I find organic white and brown rice work well, so to sandwiches, rice cakes may work for you.
I am eating brown rice - with vegetables - everyday.
Evenings mostly potato's with vegetables.
Fruit smoothies. Nuts and seeds. Goji's. Mulberry's. Etc.

I am gluten free too.
So eat brown Rice, potatoes, buckwheat, quinwoa, I do eat oats, chickpea blend floor, Bob's red mill gluten free flour mixed 50/50 with Dove's farm blue gluten free flour for baking make a flat bread nann etc.

I am also gluten free. Have a look at a site called quirky cooking. It has some great ideas.

Love the quinoa flat bread or wrap. Same recipe just depends on cooking time.

Easy to make and great instead of bread.

A friend just told me about a site called Deliciously Ella.

I have not had a look yet but might be worth a look too.
